Step 2: Order by E-mail or fax, or use our secure online drugs ordering system:
A prescription from your doctor is required to order any prescription drug.
1. Download a patient questionnaire.
2. Complete each page, attach your prescription.
3. Send your forms and prescription.
Fax, or Email : To order by fax, or email, simply download and complete our order forms and send them into us.
If you have an existing prescription at another drug store that you would like transferred please provide a copy of your prescription label or leaflet.
To order using our secure online ordering system:
1. Browse our online catalogue and add the medication you need to your
shopping cart.
2. Hit the checkout button on the shopping cart. This will take you through all
the questions we have.
3. At the end of the process you will see a screen indication you have completed your order, and assigning you an order number. You have not completed your order if you have not received an order number.
4.fax, or email your prescription (or prescription label) to us with your
order number.
We will process your first order immediately with the faxed prescription. A fax from your doctor is considered an original prescription.
If you have an existing prescription at another drug store that you would like transferred please provide a copy of your prescription label or leaflet.
Step 3: Receive Your Medication
We will have completed your order in two to four business days of receiving all of the required information, assuming there are no difficulties. Common difficulties include verifying your prescription, processing payment, and being forced to adjust your order if you live outside of Canada and have ordered more than a three month (100 day) supply, or ordering something different than your prescription indicates. Shipping normally takes seven to ten days, so you should expect your package in two weeks. If you have not received your order within two weeks contact us and we will track your shipment. If you have provided us with an email address we will send you a tracking number allowing you to track your order yourself, online.
If for any reason you have not received your order within 21 days of shipment you have the option of either getting your medications reshipped to you or getting your money back.
