First aid instant cold pack recomended for the first 48 hours following the injury and emergency pain relief. Activate cold pack by squeezing the pack firmly in the middle as soon as you hear a pop the pack will become cold and shake thoroughly. Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes. It is not reusable.
