The original bed buddy sinus as a cold pack (keep in freezer) place over eyes for tired and puffy eyes. As a hot pack (microwave for 45 seconds) place on frehead for tension, migraine, fever or sinus headaches. Stays heated for up to an hour. Do not use hot pack in the eye area.
